St. Patrick's Day is such a fun holiday. I love the no-stress ones! We had friends, the Walls and Bakers, over last Saturday for a pre-St.Patrick's Day celebration. The kids came in crazy St. Patrick's Day hats. Alec really gets into it! David made emerald cocktails and we had a fun time. We've decided that next year we're going to go all out for St. Patrick's Day - so remember you're invited! On the 17th the kids woke up to the annual tradition of green crepe paper being tied to their doorknobs. They follow it down the stairs and through the house until it leads them to some green junk . . . I mean green treasures (green jelly beans, pencils, mountain dew, stickers, tatoos). They love that a leprechaun visits them each year. They also got an extra treat when my friend Kristin stopped by with green donuts!
