187 miles, 24 feet, 30 hours of nonstop running = Ragnar 2010
David joined a group of friends to run a relay. It started in Blaine and finished in Langley. He ran three legs, each one about 8 miles. They ran in the extreme heat, through the night, and supported each other (on very little sleep). What an accomplishment. Everyone did great and I'm sure they'll be up for it again next year. Sounds like there were a lot of laughs throughout the race too. Congratulations!!
